Tasks and duties
- Identifying a business's strategic needs by working closely with top management.
- Gathering, analysing and interpreting market research and business analytics.
- Creating and implementing detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes.
- Setting objectives and key performance metrics for strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across multiple teams.
- Managing and allocating resources, assessing risks and tracking progress of strategy execution.
- Presenting regular updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders regarding strategic plan progress.
- Evaluating the success of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments and providing recommendations for future strategies.
